SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes - we ship worldwide. 

In the EU? Shipping is free.

You can also choose to pick up your original artwork at my studio of have it hand-delivered if you live in the Netherlands (also free!). Just select your preferred option at checkout and I'll get in touch to schedule an appointment.

Outside of the EU? 

Shipping an artwork outside of the EU can be arranged, but is not included in the price of the artwork. Contact me if you're interested and I can give you information about the cost of shipping to your location. 

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to check for you - just get in touch.

Packaging & delivery

Every piece is packaged with great care, especially mosaics that often include fragile or protruding parts. These are carefully bubble-wrapped and boxed for safe travels. All original artworks are shipped with insurance.

After successful payment, you’ll get an order confirmation by email. I aim to ship as soon as possible, usually within 5-7 business days for originals.

Once your order’s on its way, you’ll receive a shipping notification with an estimated delivery date and a tracking code so you can follow your artwork’s journey 24/7.


Damages or delivery issues – contact me within 48 hours

Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives.
If anything is damaged, take clear photos, keep the original packaging, and contact me within 48 hours. Due to insurance terms, claims can’t be considered after that. Once I’ve received and reviewed the photos, I’ll get in touch so we can find a solution together.

If you’ve received a delivery notification but the artwork hasn’t shown up, let me know within 48 hours - I’ll investigate right away.
