Shipping & delivery

Yes, I ship worldwide.

Shipping is included for original artworks. If you are outside the EU, your country may charge import taxes, customs fees or duties. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please allow 5–7 days for your artwork to be carefully prepared for safe shipping. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout includes this preparation time.

All original artworks are shipped by courier and insured. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, so you can follow your artwork’s journey.

Pickup or hand delivery

If you live within reasonable distance of Borculo, I may be able to hand-deliver your artwork, or you can pick it up from the studio by appointment.

You can select pickup at checkout when available, or leave a note with your order if you would like to ask about hand delivery or pickup. After your order has been processed, I’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient moment.

Packaging

Every piece is packaged with great care, especially mosaics that may include fragile or protruding parts. Original artworks are carefully wrapped and boxed for safe travel.

All original artworks are shipped with insurance.

Damages or delivery issues

Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so I can file a claim with the courier or insurer. Please keep all original packaging and send clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging. If damage is reported later, I may no longer be able to make a courier or insurance claim, which may limit how the issue can be resolved.

Once I’ve received and reviewed the photos, I’ll get in touch so we can find a solution together.

If you’ve received a delivery notification but the artwork hasn’t arrived, please contact me within 48 hours. I’ll investigate right away.
