Shipping/delivery and returns
Shipping within the EU is included.
Shipping an original artwork outside the EU is available on request. Please contact me if you're interested so I can calculate the safest shipping option for your location. Your country may charge import taxes, customs fees, or duties.
Original artworks are carefully packed and usually ship within 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery at checkout includes this preparation time.
All originals travel by courier and insured.
DELIVERY
If you're in the Netherlands I can hand deliver. After your order has been processed, I will be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery date.
RETURNS
Original artworks can be returned (insured) within 14 days after arrival, providing you've contacted me and it is undamaged and in all of its original packaging. All postage charges must be paid by the customer for exchanges.
