Shipping/delivery and returns
Shipping is included for original artworks.
Please allow 5–7 days for your artwork to be carefully prepared for safe shipping.
All original artworks are shipped by courier and insured. If you are outside the Netherlands, your country may charge import taxes, customs fees or duties. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you live within reasonable distance of Borculo, I may be able to hand-deliver your artwork, or you can pick it up from the studio by appointment. After your order has been processed, I’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery or pickup moment.
Returns
Original artworks can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as you contact me first.
The artwork must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and shipped with insurance. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Every original artwork is packed with care and shipped with insurance.
In the rare event that your artwork does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at maartje@studiomadebo.com. Include clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging, and keep all original packaging.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours so I can file a claim with the courier or insurer. If damage is reported later, I may no longer be able to make a courier or insurance claim, which may limit how the issue can be resolved.
I’ll handle it with you personally and as promptly as possible, because this kind of art should only bring you joy.
