Framed and ready to hang

Every original artwork comes in a custom floating frame, fitted with the right hanging hardware for its size and weight. No extras tools, prep or guesswork needed.

Packaging & shipping

Every mosaic is packed with care and attention - bubble-wrapped, boxed and shipped with insurance.

Once your payment goes through, you'll get an order confirmation by email. Originals are usually shipped within 5 business days.

You'll receive a second email with tracking info and an estimated delivery date, so you know when to expect your art. Make sure your contact and delivery details are correct to avoid delays.

Please note: if you're outside the EU, your country may charge import taxes, duties or customs fees.

Each piece is packaged with care and shipped securely. But if something goes wrong, I'll make it right.

If your artwork arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours at maartje@studiomadebo.com. Please include a few clear photos of the issue and the packaging. I'll sort it out with you and make sure you're not left hanging - because this kind of art should only bring joy.
