Based on the technique and materials used, the mosaics in this store are fit for indoor and dry spaces only, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Commissioning a mosaic for outdoor use or wet rooms like a bathroom is possible. If this is the case, you can contact me at info@madebo.art.

Please note that a non-refundable 50% deposit is to be made at the time of confirming the commission. Work will not commence until the deposit has been paid.
In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel once the commission has started, the 50% deposit will not be refunded to pay for my time creating this artwork. The price cannot be renegotiated once the commission has started.

As the artist, I reserve the copyrights to all commissioned pieces and may use photos of the completed artworks to promote my business. If you have any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact me and we can work through any concerns together.

Yes. As it takes some expert knowledge to frame a mosaic, your mosaic comes framed and ready to hang unless you request differently.

Yes, I offer two ways to pay in installments: you can choose Klarna Pay Later, for buying now and paying later. Or you can choose Klarna Slice it, for paying in installments.

Your artwork will be packaged with the greatest of care. The mosaics come bubble wrapped in a box for safe travels and shipping will be insured.

Upon successful payment you will receive an order confirmation to your email immediately. My goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. For originals this is usually within 5 business days.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address. You will also receive a track and trace code.

* Please note I do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender, so please double check your address is correct when checking out.

Yes, I offer a 100% refund back guarantee if you want to return your artwork within 14 days. Your satisfaction is my priority and I will treat every case personally.

Please note, due to colours varying slightly from PC’s, Mac’s and Phones, the colours of the actual item(s) may vary slightly to what you see on your screen.


I would like to return my purchase!

Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please be advised to request a return within 14 days. I will only accept the return of your artwork in exchange for a full refund when requested within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that you must pay your own shipping costs for returning the artwork. If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Typically, it takes about 7-21 business days for me to receive your package, inspect the artwork, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method of your purchase.

If you have received a delivery notification but the package is missing, contact me within 48 hours by sending an email to info@madebo.art and I will investigate the matter immediately.


If upon reception the artwork is damaged, take photos, keep the original packaging and contact me within 48 hours. Due to insurance terms your claim will not be considered any time after this. Once I have received and evaluated the photos, I will contact you and we will come to an arrangement to solve the issue.
