When ordering from a store, you may have some questions.
I've outlined the most commonly asked questions below.

What if I'm not sure if the artwork I love would be a good fit for my space?

If you're not completely sure it is the right artwork for your space, I can create a mock-up of the art on your wall. Just send me a clear picture of the wall/space via email (maartje@studiomadebo.com) and the name of the artwork, and ask me for a mock-up. Let's take away any doubt!

Are the mosaics in this store suitable for any space?

Based on the technique and materials used, the mosaics in this store are suitable for indoor and dry spaces only, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

How does 'buy now, pay later' work?

You can ´buy now and pay later´ via Klarna, a secure and well known payment option. You can choose between Klarna Pay later or Klarna Slice it (pay in installments). Choose Klarna at check out if you want to use this service.

How do you package and ship?

I take the utmost care in shipping your mosaic securely. Your mosaic comes bubble-wrapped in a box and is shipped with insurance.

Upon successful payment you will receive an order confirmation by email. Originals will usually be shipped within 5 business days.

You will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date once your order has been processed. You will also receive a track and trace code.

Kindly double-check that your contact details and delivery address are correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs for redelivery will be the buyer's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding!

What if I need an order urgently?

If this is the case, contact me by emailing maartje@studiomadebo.com and we will try to make it work!

Do you accept returns and give refunds?

Yes, I want you to be 100% happy with your artwork. If you have changed your mind, you can return an original artwork in exchange for a full refund within 14 days.

A return can only happen within 14 days and with my approval, provided the artwork is in perfect condition, repackaged with care, and shipped with insurance. All postage charges must be paid by the customer.

If you want to request a return, please take a photo of the artwork in perfect condition and email it to me at maartje@studiomadebo.com along with your request and a receipt / proof of purchase.

I cannot offer returns on custom artworks, sale items or gift cards.

Help! My package is missing or my artwork is damaged upon arrival (contact me within 48 hours).

If you have received a delivery notification but the package is missing, please contact me within 48 hours by sending an email to maartje@studiomadebo.com and I will investigate the matter immediately.

In the rare event that your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please take clear photos, keep the original packaging and contact me within 48 hours. Due to insurance terms your claim can not be considered any time after this. Once I have received and evaluated the photos, I will contact you and we will come to an arrangement to solve the issue.
