Try before you buy
If you're not completely sure this is the right artwork for your space, I can create a mock-up of the art on your wall. Just send a clear picture of the wall/space and the name of the artwork to maartje@studiomadebo.com, and ask me for a mock-up. Let's take away any doubt!
Framed and ready to hang
For your convenience, every original artwork comes framed, complete with the appropriate hanging ware for its size and weight.

Your original artwork is packaged and shipped with the utmost care and attention to detail.
In the rare event that your artwork does not arrive in perfect condition, email me at maartje@studiomadebo.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery with details and clear photos of the damage/quality issue. Due to insurance terms a claim cannot be considered any time after this.
Once I have received the photos, we will devise an arrangement to solve the issue.
Packaging & shipping
I take the utmost care in shipping your mosaic securely. Your mosaic comes bubble-wrapped in a box and is shipped with insurance.
Upon successful payment you will receive an order confirmation by email. Originals will usually be shipped within 5 business days.
You will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date once your order has been processed. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.
You will also receive a track and trace code.
Please note that additional import duties/taxes and/or custom charges may apply in your country if you're outside of the EU.

FAQs
How does 'buy now, pay later' work?
You can ´buy now and pay later´ via Klarna, a secure and well known payment option. You can choose between Klarna Pay later or Klarna Slice it (pay in installments). Choose Klarna at check out if you want to use this service.
Do you accept returns and give refunds?
Yes, I want you to be 100% happy with your artwork. If you have changed your mind, you can return an original artwork in exchange for a full refund within 14 days.
A return can only happen within 14 days and with my approval, provided the artwork is in perfect condition, repackaged with care, and shipped with insurance. All postage charges must be paid by the customer.
If you want to request a return, please take a photo of the artwork in perfect condition and email it to me at maartje@studiomadebo.com along with your request and a receipt / proof of purchase.
I cannot offer returns on custom artworks, sale items or gift cards.

Anything I need to know about handling / hanging my mosaic?
To keep your artwork in good condition, it's best to not touch the background with your hands so as not to mark the artwork. Beware of sharp edges.
